A weight loss plan that incorporates both diet and exercise is best. You have to spend some time for physical activities that you actually want to do. If you are having trouble including exercise inside your normal schedule, try to focus on having fun, rather than doing a workout. Find an activity you enjoy and make time to achieve that.
